Development Plan - This document describes the proponent’s plans for development of the Hebron Significant Discovery Area and contains a summary of all the information used in preparing the Development Plan, as required and outlined in the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Development Plan Guidelines. Part 1 contains a description of the proposed mode of development of the Hebron Significant Discovery Area, and a discussion of the rationale for the selection of the proposed mode over other workable modes of development. Part 1 is a public document available for review and comment.
